Hi I'm Mandy Cook, Sports Therapist at MC Sports Therapy.

I set up MC Sports Therapy to provide Sports Massage and Sports Therapy not only to sports people but to anyone who has musculo-skeletal issues as a result of their working and daily life.

My massage career began in 2007 when I completed my diploma in Swedish massage and reflexology. As a keen gym lover I wanted to learn more about the human body and how to treat injuries so I progressed further into a career in sports massage therapy.
